About the event

You are invited to the Women’s Circle Gathering which is held on or near the full and new moon each month. Come as you are, no experience necessary. The Circle will be facilitated by Anita Schoeb, who will guide us in creating a sacred space for us to share authentically and listen compassionately from the heart.

This event is donation based.  Registration is required due the limited number of spots available.

There are loving guidelines, or agreements that are set in place to create a supportive environment for us to genuinely share. Please see below, read them to see/feel if this is something you agree to.  If you have any questions please call me at 314-807-0148 or email circlegatherings@yahoo.com

Agreements That Create a Supportive Circle

We intend to create a sacred space where each person's voice is honored. We agree to practice the following guidelines in order to maintain a container of loving and healing energy:

★ Each person will have their turn for an allotted time. During this time they can choose to speak, sing, dance, or remain silent. During this time all others will refrain from interrupting, making comments, offering advice, or giving hugs (unless the person asks for one). There is a power in allowing someone to feel and speak without stepping in to comment.

○ If you resonate with something that is said, a silent gesture such as placing your hand on

your heart is welcome.

○ If an individual wants advice or guidance, they can ask then receive it after the circle

time is complete.

★ While listening, it is a good practice to drop into your body and listen with your heart and lower chakras. This takes us out of our head and prevents us from thinking about what we will say next, judging what is being said, and comparing our story to the one being told. We simply listen compassionately. We move away from the mentality that we need to ‘fix’ the other person and this in turn allows them to gain their inner wisdom.

★ WE AGREE TO COMPLETE CONFIDENTIALITY.

○ We agree to keep all that is shared in confidence. If something that was said deeply

resonates or inspires you, please only share YOUR experience with others. Respect the

group members by keeping their names and what they said in confidence.

○ When the circle time is over, if we want to approach an individual member and discuss

something they mentioned during circle time, first ask their permission. If they say no,

respect their “no” and don’t take it personally. If they say “yes”, we can share how we

relate to what they said, but again do not give advice or try to rescue them.

★ We show up as we are and share authentically.

We gather to support each other's process in a loving manner

and in return we grow and heal exponentially.
