The winter Solstice is a powerful time to gather in ceremony. Not only is it the shortest day of the year - It also symbolises the death and rebirth of our sun - and of us. It symbolizes the beginning of a new cycle. Transformation. Endings and New Beginnings. A time when the sun begins waning once again toward the longest days of sunshine - and the peak of the growth cycle we're setting into motion now during this season. This is a time of reverence for life's cycles, honoring our growth and how far we've come this year, what worked and didn't. A time to be honest about what we need to leave behind - old stories, habits and beliefs. A time to compost & prepare the soil for new seeds to blossom.

This will be a unique and powerful sound immersion experience - pairing Cacao with potent Gong Medicine and the vibrations of Quartz Crystal Singing Bowls + rituals to drop you inward with intention. We will deep dive into and through the heart together with cacao and integrate the experience further by settling in and relaxing though a powerful sound bath together.

Cacao is the rawest form of chocolate and is highly revered by many cultures worldwide. Its healing properties are endless and this lovely powerful plant medicine is most commonly known to open your heart. Reducing anxiety & depression, regulating emotions, softening where you are rigid in mind, and emotional releases are just some of the amazing perks of working with cacao. It is non psychoactive and will be prepared dairy free, from the heart, by me.
