About the event
Stress, tension & trauma all come in many forms and effects each of us in different ways. Not only do we each respond differently to (sometimes similar) events & situations that we encounter, but our body's physical response can be individualized as well.
In addition, we're conditioned to suppress and often ignore our body's innate ability to release stress & tension, preventing or blocking its release.
Join Susan Sanders for this free discussion as she explores different forms of stress & sources you may not have considered, how culture largely dictates our response to stressful or traumatic situations and how these responses may block the natural process of energy (stress) release and rebalancing. You will learn to recognize the process and how to access it to release and manage the stress in your life - past, present and future.
Susan was introduced to TRE® in 2013 and began using it regularly to reduce and manage stress. After experiencing a decrease in back pain; better sleep; reduced symptoms of PTSD & the ability to better handle stressful situations, she wanted to share it with others. She completed the certification process in 2018, transitioned out of a career in Social Services and opened her own practice. She currently conducts workshops, individual & informational sessions throughout the St. Louis Metro area, Metro East & the state of Missouri.
