Sound and Reiki with Aria & Susan

The full moon is a time for us to reevaluate what we are manifesting. It’s a great time to energetically press pause in our lives and look around. What is working for us? What do we need to let go of? The seeds of intentionality we planted are beginning to bloom and we can ask ourselves if any course correction is needed. It’s a time to stop and reflect, what have we done, where are we going, where do I want to go? Let us not make rash decision, begin something new, or over react. Let us all just revel in the revelatory moment together.

You'll be bathed in healing sounds from the gongs, Tibetan bowls, voice, and more as you receive Reiki. 

Recharge, rebalance, and realign your energies as nurturing sounds wash over you and calm your nerves, slow your breathing, and ease anxieties. Experience wholeness.

Sound healing is a system of using sounds from various instruments, including the human voice, to heal the ​mind, body, and spirit. It draws on wisdom from ancient healing traditions and modalities to bring about balance and well being.

Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation; a session feels like a wonderful glowing radiance that flows through and around you. Reiki treats the whole person including body, emotions, mind and spirit creating many beneficial effects that include relaxation and feelings of peace, security and wellbeing.

Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow and anything else that will add to your comfort and ability to fully relax.

Once you enter the parking lot, you'll see Citizen's bank on you right and the main entrance to the building. Continue forward & follow the lot around to the right, our entrance is on the south side of the building facing Hwy 100.
