Smudging 101

Come to this workshop and learn WHAT smudging is, WHY you might want to be smudging every day, and HOW to smudge yourself, others, your home, or your workplace, even your car! Learn how smudging with smoke can be medicinal. Did you know there are many different ways to smudge? You can use sound, water, smoke, and your intention. Each participant will leave with a white sage smudge stick so you can start smudging right away.
