Reiki & Sound Meditation

As tension continues to exist within our body's and in the world, give yourself the gift of Reiki & Sound. Enter into a state of deep relaxation with the sounds of Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, chimes and other instruments while receiving Reiki  during this mid-afternoon offering. 

Sound meditations/baths have been linked to lower blood pressure and heart rate, activate the parasympathetic nervous system and lead to a restful state of being. 

Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation; a session feels like a wonderful glowing radiance that flows through and around you. Reiki treats the whole person including body, emotions, mind and spirit creating many beneficial effects that include relaxation and feelings of peace, security and wellbeing.

Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow and anything else that will add to your comfort and ability to fully relax.

Location: The Washington Healing Arts Center in Washington, MO

Once you enter the parking lot, you'll see Citizen's bank on you right and the main entrance to the building. Continue forward & follow the lot around to the right, our entrance is on the south side of the building facing Hwy 100.
