Mind-Body-Soul Connection

This is a great opportunity to take back your health and well-being on every level. Participants will begin with a guided meditation to connect and communicate with deep parts of your being. I will use Pranic Healing technique to move out energetic blocks and cut energy cords that no longer serve. We will use crystal placement to enhance our inner knowing. There will be a journaling session to review insight and messages that we have received from our higher self during the exercise. I will then assist you in programming a crystal (free gift!) with an affirmation that solidifies your intention for the next phase of your inner growth.
