Midweek Check~In: Kinect

During November’s “midweek check-ins” we will *kinect* with our body and take a good listen to see what it needs. We will start with a few gentle stretching exercises and be guided to open our hearts and minds. We will release the energy that no longer serves and become open to receive healing of body, mind and spirit. We will explore some self- healing energy techniques and gain clarity with regards to recurrent causes of energetic misalignment.
