About the event

Relax and unwind with an afternoon of gentle yoga & Yoga Nidra with Spring Adams.

This practice combines  breath awareness, mindful movements and somatic awareness, easing  the mind and body into a calmer state of being. Releasing and letting go of held tension and stress in your body and mind.

Yoga nidra relaxes the mind at the same time as relaxing the body and helps us to clear out the nerve pathways to the brain, allowing us to shift into the calmer, "rest and digest" part of our nervous system, aka (PSN)parasympathetic nervous system.

In yoga nidra we restore our body, senses and mind to their natural function and awaken a deeper sense of tranquility and well-being.

Please bring a mat, blanket, bolster, blocks and eye pillow if you have them. Some props will be provided for you.

Wear something comfy!

No yoga experience required!
