About the event
Hello everyone! Please join me on Sunday, November 20th for a group healing session. We will focus on our intentions- specifically how we show up for ourselves in busy seasons of our lives! I will use Pranic Healing to move out dense energy, add Prana (life force energy), and balance and stabilize your energetic body. We will practice some exercises in energetic boundaries that will enable you to stay in flow as you move through your daily life.
